Safety and security

Preferred workers
Sometimes clients would like to bring across a person from their existing networks to become an employee of Community Support and provide specific services to them. We will work with you to help you achieve this where possible, as long as the person is qualified and trained as per NDIS or My Aged Care requirements and satisfies Community Support’s recruitment policies and procedures. Where this is not possible, we will try and match one of our current staff who fits your needs.
Flexibility
Our service can support you wherever you go – medical visits, the shops, day trips, swimming, dancing, to the gym, to the pub, to meetings, to work, on holidays. The list of things that we can support you with is endless. All we need is your consent and the agreement of who is funding your service.
